Over the past nine years, more than 240 Singaporeans had returned as
Singapore Volunteers Overseas. They bore testimonies attesting that their time
spent overseas as the most fulfilling and challenging periods of their lives.
They claimed they had become better people for having served as volunteers -
for having stepped forward initiate the change they wanted to see in the world.
Participants at this public talk conducted by Ms Lee Mui Ngah, Director, Singapore Volunteers Overseas
at SIF had a glimpse on what it meant to be the change they want to see in the World.
