The Leng Kee CC S21 Speech Contest was a public speaking contest with the objectives of promoting S21 ideas and encouraging Singaporeans to speak up on their views.
Participants were given a topic to prepare one week before the day of the contest.

All topics were related to S21 and there was no duplication of topics among the participants.
