About 500 participants from the people, private and public sectors attended the annual S21 conference, aimed at taking stock of the progress in realising the S21 vision in the past year.
In conjunction with this year's conference "S21: Heartbeats in Action", a two-day fair titled "The Wonderful World of Volunteers" was organised by the National Volunteer Centre.

Deputy Prime Minister, BG (NS) Lee Hsien Loong, was the Guest-of-Honour at both events.
