One Heartbeat was a joint event that demonstrated the close collaboration amongst the five self-help groups (SHGs) under the umbrella of the Joint Social Service Centre (JSSC). As with many of the Centre's events, One Heartbeat was fun, interactive and participative event that aimed to promote greater multi-racial participation and interaction.
