DPM Lee Hsien Loong launched the S21 logo at the S21 Forum organised by the Ang Mo Kio-Cheng San CDC on 16 Jan 00. In his keynote address, DPM Lee explained clearly the difference between debate on policies and attack on the Government's fitness to rule. He also said that OB markers would widen as the population becomes better educated and discerning. (read speech)

Mr Heng Chee How gave a presentation on the S21 Vision during the forum. He and four other MPs in the CDC later fielded questions from the forum participants.
