Organisers

:

IPS, SCS, SITF, IDA, NSTB, and the S21 FC

What took place

A series of forums dealing with issues on the new knowledge-based economy was held. Topics ranged from business-related matters such as funding, to "heartware" questions on going global and working abroad. Online chats with notable figures in the IT-industry were held alongside these fora, allowing participants to learn more about the subjects, as well as share their views and insights with others.

Through this effort, it is hoped that a Web-based community of stakeholders in the IT-Industry and Net Economy can be established, thereby creating a business and socio-political climate which can catalyse multi-stakeholder partnerships and allow them to thrive.
