next event >> Second Singapore International Foundation Overseas Conference Date : 16 - 17 Mar 2002 Venue : Hilton Sydney Organiser : Singapore International Foundation Co-Organiser : Temasek Club (NSW) Inc. "A World In Transformation: Impact and Implications for the Asia Pacific Region" is the theme of SIF's overseas conference this year. Aimed as a channel to engage a larger number of overseas Singaporeans on issues of concern to them, this year's conference will take place in Sydney and co-hosted by the Temasek Club (NSW) Inc. from 16 to 17 March 2002 A turn-out of about 300 participants is expected and they will be updated on the recent developments in Singapore as well as have the opportunity to network with clubs from different cities and countries. Amongst the speakers at the conference is Environment Minister Lim Swee Say who will deliver the keynote address. Other speakers include eminent individuals from Singapore and Australia.
