Following the success of the National Volunteer Centre's 2001 conference on "Best Practices for Non-Profit Organisations", NVC's conference this year is on building successful community partnerships.


Titled "Building Successful Community Partnerships: It Takes Two to Tango", the conference will gather participants from the private, public and people sectors for corporations and volunteer agencies to share their perspectives, and in the process, establish new understanding and strengthen partnerships.

The conference is suitable for Directors, senior managers, managers and executives of public and private corporations with a responsibility for developing corporate strategies, community relations, corporate citizenship and philanthropy programmes. The conference is also suitable for non-profit organisation Board members, chief executives, managers and staff responsible for engaging volunteers to deliver services and programmes.
